ViaSat Breaks Ground on New Corporate Campus

RESEARCH VALLEY, TEXAS - Today, ViaSat (Nasdaq: VSAT) in cooperation with ATLAS conducted a groundbreaking ceremony for ViaSat’s new corporate campus. As planned, the initial 80,00 sq foot facility will sit on 8.6 acres in ATLAS. Initial investment in the project is estimated at over $20 million dollars. ViaSat will also create a projected 150 new jobs with an annual payroll of 9.6 million.

McDaniel, President and CEO of The Research Valley Partnership. “ViaSat’s decision to locate its Texas corporate campus in the Research Valley after it’s 2014 acquisition of NetNearU of Bryan Texas, represents our future.
